The Funtastic Sports Society has announced the lineup for this year’s A&W Funtastic Music Festival, and those who grew up in the ‘70s and ‘80s will be pumping their fists and banging their heads to some nostalgic rock. Held on the Canada Day long weekend, the 28th edition of the music festival at the Vernon Army Camp grounds will feature several headlining acts across each evening of the 3-day event. |

The new book, "You Rawk! Worldwide" draws from over 20 years of industry experiences and acquaintances with some of rock & metals best, but perhaps, lesser known artists. There is also a tribute feature to the late, great Ronnie James Dio and includes some great imagery. The book also contains a feature on Aerosmith Rocks vocalist Danny Deane and includes photos, bio, and a review of some of ARocks early demo material, as written by Darren Woods (part of our current press package). | Friday, 11 November 2011 15:06 |  Aerosmith Rocks are scheduled to play 2 shows on December 30th and 31st in Ft. McMurray, Alberta at Reckless Bar to help ring in the New Year and prepare the boys for what they hope to be, a very busy year of touring & shows.
"Aerosmith are currently touring in South America and their new record is due to drop sometime in March, 2012" says Rocks vocalist, Danny Deane. "The Aero-brand is incredibly hot right now. Mr. Tyler's just signed on for another year of Idol and we're eager to be out playing while Aerosmith is fresh on everyone's lips". |
